Job Summary
Ganesh Fashion is urgently seeking a Male Field Sales Executive to join their team in Surat, Gujarat. This is a full-time position focused on business-to-business garment sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting local businesses within a 15-kilometer radius, presenting garment products, and converting potential leads into confirmed orders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to businesses located within the assigned area of up to 15 kilometers.
- Demonstrate product samples and provide clear explanations about the offerings.
- Effectively convert prospective leads into finalized sales orders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed sales records for all transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Candidate Requirements
- Male candidates only are eligible to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification of completing 12th grade.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler vehicle along with a driving license is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
Work Details and Conditions
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- This position requires daily traveling within a 15-kilometer radius; comfort with field sales travel is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and 20,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
- Provided perks include petrol allowance and travel allowance to support commuting costs.
