Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive based in Raipur, Chattisgarh, you will be responsible for expanding the dealer and distributor network within assigned regions to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

Key Duties

• Identify and recruit new dealers and distributors in designated areas.
• Regularly engage with prospective and current dealers to create new business prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers and distributors to encourage repeat purchases.
• Perform market surveys to analyze competitor behavior, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
• Provide dealers with necessary product training, assist with promotional activities, and support sales campaigns.
• Document daily visits, sales progress, and gather market intelligence through regular reporting.
• Actively participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events to secure new leads.
