Field Sales Executive - Ahmedabad

About the Role

Care Safety is looking for enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives based in Ahmedabad with a home base in Nikol. This full-time, day-shift position involves extensive field work across the Ahmedabad region, focusing on expanding the company’s customer base. It is an ideal role for fresh graduates or individuals new to sales looking to launch their career.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads daily through direct visits, cold calls, and networking activities.
• Engage with potential customers including B2B, B2C, and small to medium businesses to identify their requirements.
• Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to clients on-site to facilitate understanding and sales.
• Manage and follow up on both company-provided and self-sourced leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record all sales interactions and progress accurately and submit daily reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade.
• Open to freshers who wish to pursue a career in sales.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Strong motivation with a sales-driven mindset and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently and staying results-focused.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 plus performance incentives up to ₹10,000.
• Various allowances including travel allowance, petrol allowance, and mobile/internet allowance.
