Job description
Role overview
This role focuses on visiting neighborhood shops to set up PhonePe QR codes and soundboxes. It is intended for candidates who are comfortable with on-ground merchant interaction and daily travel within the assigned area.
Eligibility
Candidates should have completed at least 12th standard. A personal two-wheeler and an Android smartphone are compulsory for this position.
Work scope
- Handle 10 to 15 verified leads shared by the company each day.
- Visit 3 to 5 merchants daily as part of the field schedule.
- Install QR codes and soundboxes at merchant outlets.
- Complete the required merchant KYC process.
Working hours
The shift runs from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation and benefits
The fixed monthly pay is between INR 18,000 and INR 24,000. In addition, fuel support of INR 4,000 to INR 4,500 per month is provided, along with incentives that can go up to INR 20,000 per month. Sundays are off, and festival holidays are included.
