About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Field Sales Executive to join Lenskart, responsible for promoting and driving sales through both in-store and field activities in various locations across Mumbai including Andheri, Byculla, Mahim, Colaba, and Navi Mumbai. This is a permanent position offering a dependable monthly income, with additional incentives and allowances.
Key Duties
- Conduct basic eye tests at local venues to assess customer needs.
- Engage directly with customers to build relationships and promote products.
- Arrange and support eye check-up camps and marketing promotions in the community.
- Manage home delivery processes and maintain follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth by establishing corporate or neighborhood partnerships.
Additional Details
The compensation includes a fixed monthly salary of ₹25,400 plus a petrol allowance and incentives ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 monthly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license along with bike ownership.
