Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive responsible for expanding our market presence by developing leads, engaging potential customers, and promoting our portfolio of home and industrial automation products. The candidate should excel in communication and negotiation, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create new business prospects via field visits, cold calling, and professional networking.
- Engage with homeowners, builders, architects, interior decorators, electrical consultants, and channel partners to showcase products.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate automation solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, close sales to accomplish monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring high satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries to convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
- Accurately document daily sales efforts, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and relay market insights to management.
- Liaise with installation and service departments to guarantee smooth project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- 1 to 5 years of field sales experience preferred; industries such as home automation, industrial automation, electrical, electronics, security, HVAC, or building materials are advantageous.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn sales techniques are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Past experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- An existing network among builders, architects, interior designers, or corporate clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with smart home technologies, IoT, CCTV, access control, video door phones, lighting automation, or industrial automation products is advantageous.
