The role is located across multiple cities in India including Chennai, Khammam, Tirunelveli, Hubli, Hyderabad, Kumbakonam, Kochi, Vijayawada, Bangalore, and Tiruchirappalli. The company has substantial manufacturing and distribution operations in India and aims to further strengthen its market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the assigned sales targets and support business expansion within the allocated territory.
- Drive initiatives to broaden market presence and enhance revenue streams.
- Engage with influencers and reinforce relationships with channel partners.
- Synchronize pricing strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Oversee distributors, dealers, and contractors ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Lead efforts in expanding the network as well as managing product placement and sales range.
- Maintain optimal product availability and manage the Product Range Index among dealers and contractors.
- Track and drive network-related key performance indicators.
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to boost sales performance.
- Ensure high customer service standards throughout the assigned territory.
- Manage commercial transactions with channel partners to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Coordinate order processing activities with distributors and dealers to ensure seamless deliveries.
- Monitor competitor actions such as pricing changes, promotions, product launches, dealer growth, and market trends.
- Communicate market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and competitive positioning.
Eligibility Criteria

Additional Details
The position offers a monthly compensation ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 INR. The opportunity is immediately available with 15 open positions and a tenure of three months. The role is a full-time onsite job.
