About QT Consultancy Private Limited
QT Consultancy Private Limited is looking to hire a Field Recruiter to join their team and contribute to their recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and screen potential candidates effectively.
- Manage recruitment activities directly in the field.
- Provide counselling to candidates and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Oversee the complete joining and onboarding procedures of selected candidates.
- Visit client or hiring locations as per requirements.
- Meet recruitment goals within set deadlines.
Qualifications and Preferences
- Experience in recruitment or field hiring is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade are essential.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation
Salary is performance-based with the best possible package offered commensurate with the candidate's experience, ranging between INR 25,000 and INR 34,000 per month.
