Field Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Field Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This role involves direct engagement with potential candidates through various sourcing methods and managing the full recruitment cycle while representing the company's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to diverse locations including job fairs and educational institutions to attract and connect with potential candidates.
• Screen applicant résumés, conduct interviews both in-person and virtually, and oversee the candidate journey from initial application through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment requirements, discuss and negotiate salary offers, and formalize employment proposals.
• Serve as a representative of the company culture and values by promoting the organization at industry-related events.
• Effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain candidate records, monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, and ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment with proven skills in candidate network development and maintenance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and capacity to travel regularly to various recruitment sites.

Skill Set

• Expertise in building and managing professional networks.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Driven by recruitment outcomes with a focus on achieving hiring objectives.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 18,000 and 30,000 INR.
