Role Overview

Eram Talent invites applications for a committed and technologically adept Field Operator to become part of our Water Treatment Plant operations team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The core mandate involves managing and overseeing the operation of critical field equipment to guarantee secure, reliable, and efficient plant functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise field equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves to maintain system performance.
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment operation and reliability.
• Identify operational faults promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve issues effectively.
• Comply rigorously with all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during equipment handling.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of equipment malfunctions and report any safety risks encountered.
• Collaborate closely with fellow team members to enhance production efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• At least five years of practical experience as a Field Operator or in a related technical role.
• Previous exposure to chemical plants, sea water pump stations, or wastewater treatment facilities is highly advantageous.
• Possess robust technical and mechanical expertise essential for troubleshooting and equipment upkeep.
• Capability to operate autonomously and promptly make decisions under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and undertake travel whenever required.
