Field Operation Specialist

Role Overview

The Field Operation Specialist is responsible for visiting designated properties to facilitate property onboarding, tenant search, and tenant move-in/out processes. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager to maintain seamless workflows and coordination with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visits to assigned properties to oversee operations and tenant management activities.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by vendors, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare detailed property inspection reports utilizing the Housewise application.
• Ensure timely acquisition of high-quality tenants to minimize property vacancies.
• Manage operations efficiently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities as directed by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 2 to 10 years of experience in operations roles, though not mandatory.
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, service delivery, supply chain, banking, financial services, e-commerce, telecom, or manufacturing domains is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must possess a personal two-wheeler and be comfortable with city travel.
• Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure.
• Available for full-time employment; part-time candidates will not be considered.
• Demonstrates a result-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Exhibits superior analytical abilities to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions rapidly.
• High attention to detail with proven capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from INR 22,000 to INR 25,000.
