IDAM is seeking a dedicated Field Officer responsible for conducting on-site property inspections, verifying essential details, and gathering documentation. This role involves frequent local travel and requires excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, property owners, and the internal office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assigned properties to authenticate property information.
• Capture clear photographs and videos of properties for records and verification.
• Collect necessary documents related to the properties and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain effective communication channels with customers, property owners, and the office staff.
• Prepare and submit detailed field visit reports within deadlines.
• Deliver precise, professional, and reliable field operations consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess any degree or diploma qualification.
• Open to fresh graduates and individuals with experience.
• Own a two-wheeler vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
• Have good command of Tamil language; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
• Familiarity with smartphones and the use of navigation tools like Google Maps.
• Willingness to travel routinely within Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
