Overview
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will act as the initial point of contact for new driver partners joining the platform, particularly focusing on bike, auto, and cab drivers. Your role encompasses managing the complete onboarding process in your city to ensure new drivers are successfully registered and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for driver partners including verification of necessary documentation.
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize drivers with the company app and processes.
- Work to maintain quality standards by ensuring only qualified drivers join the platform.
- Support new drivers in starting their earning process efficiently and promptly.

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
