About CNM System Labs
CNM System Labs supports students aspiring for JEE and NEET by enhancing their understanding, focus, confidence, and outcomes via innovative learning methodologies, including visual aids and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage students and encourage them to visit our information kiosks.
- Clearly explain program offerings to students and their parents.
- Conduct outreach by visiting libraries, schools, and coaching centers.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local library owners and partners.
- Distribute marketing collateral such as brochures and flyers.
- Place posters and standees at designated and authorized sites.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling the kiosk setup as needed.
- Transport marketing materials and equipment between locations.
- Ensure kiosk areas are clean and presented professionally at all times.
- Gather student inquiries and their contact information for follow-up.
- Provide daily updates and reports on outreach activities and leads generated.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi are required.
- Confidence in speaking to strangers and engaging new contacts.
- Capable of standing and walking for several hours consecutively.
- Positive mindset and energetic demeanor essential.
- Demonstrates honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
- Physically able to lift and transport basic promotional equipment.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 based on experience.
