Job Overview

Become a vital member of our field operations team in Kyebi, tasked with purchasing gold dore directly from artisanal mining operations. You'll ensure transactions adhere to fair pricing standards and PMMC regulations, while safeguarding the transport of gold to our secure vault locations. Comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you fully for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to mining sites to acquire gold dore from local miners.
• Authenticate the weight and quality of gold using certified digital scales.
• Document every transaction accurately via a mobile application, accepting payments in cash or through MoMo.
• Guarantee secure transportation of gold in an armored vehicle to Tako God’s vault.
• Foster enduring trust and relationships with mining communities to support ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and the ability to gain trust within local communities.
• Basic proficiency in arithmetic and meticulous record-keeping capabilities.
• Possession of a valid motorcycle license; company will supply motorcycle and fuel.
• Fluency in both Twi and English languages is essential.
• Physical fitness to perform outdoor activities in mining environments.
