About the Role
This position involves comprehensive responsibility for coordinating and executing branding and retail marketing projects, ensuring seamless management from initiation to project completion. The Field Executive will work closely with multiple vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage and monitor activities such as store branding, POSM installations, retail events, and infrastructure setups.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly gross salary of ₹26,000 adhering to Karnataka Zone I minimum wage standards.
- A performance-linked monthly incentive of ₹2,000, contingent on achieving assigned targets and strict compliance with processes.
- Monthly petrol reimbursement of ₹2,600 for approved travel using personal vehicles on official duties.
- Daily travel reimbursement allowance of ₹1,100 covering food and accommodation during approved outstation travel.
Working Hours and Policies
- Standard work time is 9 hours per day, including breaks.
- Overtime is not payable unless prior approval is obtained from management.
- Work scheduled on Sundays is compensated according to the company's weekly-off guidelines and legal requirements but does not automatically qualify for overtime pay.
Travel and Reimbursement Guidelines
- Petrol reimbursement is ₹100 per approved travel day, paid monthly.
- Official travel using economical public transport modes must receive prior approval.
- Approved reimbursements for lodging, food, and travel expenses for overnight official assignments are to be processed within three working days upon claim submission.
Mandatory Compliance and Application Use
- Use of the corporate-approved app is mandatory for attendance tracking, task coordination, reporting, and documenting fieldwork with photos.
- Non-compliance or failure to utilize the application may affect incentive eligibility and lead to disciplinary measures.
- Strict measures against fraud include auditing travel claims and expense reports; fraudulent claims can result in recovery of amounts and possible termination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete project execution including coordination with vendors, logistics, and field teams to meet client requirements and timelines.
- Manage vendor scheduling, maintain performance records, and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout execution.
- Handle dispatch and inventory tracking of marketing materials ensuring timely delivery and availability for projects.
- Liaise regularly with internal departments like Client Servicing, Design, Procurement, Factory, and Accounts to align operational efforts and resolve escalations.
- Maintain detailed daily records, reports, photographic evidence, and documentation for all projects.
- Comply fully with company SOPs and support process improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in any field; preference for backgrounds in Operations, Management, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, marketing or retail execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to travel for project-related fieldwork.
