Field Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Executive to join our operations team in Howrah, Sealdah, Kolkata (Chitpur), and Santragachi. This full-time role involves rotational shifts and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of drivers and facilitate their engagement through field campaigns.
• Assist with acquiring new drivers and address operational inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure smooth daily processes.
• Conduct site visits to assigned locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and provide daily progress reports.
• Complete allocated tasks within designated deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed 12th grade or graduated from a recognized institution.
• Proficient communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English languages.
• Own a motorcycle with a valid driving license to facilitate fieldwork.
• Prepared to travel extensively within the designated operational zones.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones for effective communication and reporting.
