Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Carry out Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities alongside franchise partners, guided by the core field team.
• Drive franchise lead generation via activations such as flyer distribution, setting up canopies, and conducting local outreach campaigns.
• Arrange franchise meetings by inviting potential leads to gatherings at local venues like hotels and restaurants, coordinated by the team.
• Take full responsibility for managing and executing a 6-month activity plan per location, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely completion through consistent follow-ups.
• Work scope includes 60% within the assigned city and 40% in peripheral areas within a 100 km radius.

Candidate Profile

• Experience ranging from no prior experience up to 2 years.
• Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate or any graduate degree.
• Applicants must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

Additional Information

• Work locations are specifically Berhampore and Hubli.
• The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to one year based on business needs.
