Overview
WeVOIS Labs Private Limited is seeking a proactive Field Executive to oversee daily field operations in Bharatpur. The role requires candidates with a solid background in logistics and hands-on experience managing field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and supervise daily field activities.
- Oversee and coordinate on-site manpower teams.
- Liaise with government representatives, local ward parshads, and authorities.
- Promptly resolve grievances and complaints raised by citizens.
- Ensure smooth implementation of operations in the field.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in field operations or logistics management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Preference given to candidates based locally in Hisar.
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing teams on the ground.
Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
- Fuel allowance compliant with company policy (allowance calculated at 40 km per litre).
