About the Company
Teamspace Financial Services Private Limited operates a meter management solution, overseeing panel operations for India's TV audience measurement system. It installs and maintains devices that form the TV viewership panel, following guidelines set by BARC India, the official TV ratings agency.
Role Overview
The Field Executive will manage a designated territory in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, conducting daily assignments from the client side. The role requires extensive daily travel of approximately 100 to 120 kilometers one way, primarily via a two-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel daily across assigned areas for field operations.
- Perform maintenance tasks on devices installed in selected households.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct listing and survey work related to field activities, including door-to-door visits.
- Complete all assigned field-related tasks efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: Graduates or undergraduates in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates from any industry are welcome.
- Male candidates only.
- Proficiency in the local language.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Residence preferably within 10 to 20 kilometers of the specified Aurangabad pin codes (431001, 431002, 431003, 431005, 431007, 431008, 431009, 431010).
- Candidates should not have worked or have blood relatives working with cable operators, politicians, ISPs, or any media-related companies.
- Preference given to graduates, followed by undergraduates with substantial field experience.
Compensation and Schedule
The remuneration comprises a minimum in-hand salary of 19,000 INR plus an additional 20,000 INR in-hand along with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits, and travel allowances. The exact salary will be finalized after the interview process.
Working hours follow a general shift pattern, with Sundays off.
Additional Notes
- Candidates must be prepared for extensive fieldwork primarily conducted via motorbike.
- Fieldwork involves both vehicle travel and on-foot listing activities conducting door-to-door surveys.
