Bihar Grid Company Limited, located in Patna, is inviting applications for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor roles based on a contract system. The initial contract lasts for three years and may be extended by an additional two years contingent on satisfactory performance.
Job Openings and Compensation
- Field Engineer (Electrical): 15 openings; initial monthly salary of ₹46,000 with an annual increment of ₹3,000 during the contract tenure.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical): 5 openings; initial monthly salary of ₹35,000 with an annual increment of ₹2,500 during the contract tenure.
Selection Procedures
Candidates who clear the initial screening will be invited for a screening test and personal interview as part of the selection process.
