Role Overview

As a Field Collections Officer, your primary responsibility is to conduct onsite visits to clients for the collection of overdue payments while negotiating repayment plans.

Key Duties

  • Conduct client visits to recover outstanding debts and arrange suitable payment agreements.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all collection efforts and client communications.
  • Evaluate clients' financial conditions to propose viable resolutions.
  • Adhere strictly to applicable laws and regulations throughout collection activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager regarding collection progress and any concerns.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve disagreements courteously and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance collection methodologies and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • A zeal for contributing to the achievement of collection management objectives.
  • Consistent delivery of outstanding results in line with set targets.
  • Reporting directly to the Collection Manager.
  • Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or contact center environments is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and drive to accomplish both personal and team goals.
  • Positive attitude contributing to a collaborative and encouraging workplace culture.
