Field Collection Executive (Loan Recovery)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and experienced Field Collection Executives to join our expanding loan recovery team. This full-time opportunity involves managing field-level debt recovery operations for various loan products, requiring direct customer engagement and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collection and recovery processes for a range of loan products including Home Loans, Car/Auto Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Consumer Loans, and other retail loans.
• Conduct in-person visits to customers' residences or business premises for recovery purposes.
• Engage in negotiation to establish repayment plans and professionally resolve overdue accounts.
• Comply strictly with company policies and RBI guidelines pertaining to loan recovery.
• Maintain and submit daily reports documenting field visits and collection outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Preference for candidates holding DRA certification.
• Applicants without DRA certification but possessing relevant experience in field collection are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFCs, or recovery agencies is advantageous.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with conducting frequent field visits and engaging with customers face-to-face.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler is preferred.
