Key responsibilities
- Carry out independent field visits for at least 70% of working time.
- Deliver clinical education and support to orthodontists and dentists in private clinics, and where needed within DSO organizations and universities.
- Build strong peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and guide them on treatment planning and digital workflows through ADP.
- Coach healthcare professionals so they can educate and influence their own peers.
- Organize and run interactive roundtable sessions that encourage case discussions and peer learning.
- Partner across functions to coordinate educational programs and help meet defined business targets.
- Work independently on assigned projects and, when needed, contribute through other team members.
- Mentor L4 and L5 clinical specialists and share practical experience that can support the wider business.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support territory objectives.
- Schedule visits and group sessions independently and on time based on business requirements, with general supervision and alignment with sales; also identify new ways to improve learning and adoption of digital workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a master’s degree from a four-year college or university in dentistry or orthodontics is also acceptable.
- 4 to 6 years of directly relevant experience is typically expected.
- Strong negotiation ability, a consultative/challenger mindset, and solid teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills are needed.
- Must be capable of training medical staff on effective product use.
- Arabic must be native-level, and English speaking and writing should be strong.
- Preference will be given to candidates already based in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
