Field Audit Team Leader – Field Operations/Audit

About the Role

Pick My Work Co is recruiting a Team Leader for Field Operations and Audit located in Andheri, Mumbai. This position entails overseeing a team of Field Survey Executives and ensuring smooth execution of survey-related projects while meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Field Survey Executives to meet daily objectives.
• Ensure achievement of daily survey targets and maintain high survey quality standards.
• Address issues arising in the field promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct onboarding and deliver field training to new team members.
• Track team attendance, monitor productivity, and maintain daily reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team for seamless project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in field operations, team management, survey, FMCG, telecom, or sales sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a field team effectively.
• Strong communication and reporting capabilities.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license is preferred.
• Availability for immediate joining is an advantage.

Compensation and Incentives

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentive of up to ₹6,000 based on daily target completion, team attendance and productivity, quality control pass rates, timeliness of reporting, and minimizing rework or duplicate cases.
• Total potential earnings up to ₹26,000 per month.
