Field Associate - Political Research

Position Overview

The role of Field Associate involves supporting political research initiatives throughout Goa by conducting field visits and collecting on-ground insights. The incumbent will interact directly with local stakeholders and gather critical data to aid research and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and interviews within assigned regions.
• Gather, validate, and compile political, social, and demographic information.
• Engage with communities, voters, and key stakeholders actively.
• Collect public sentiment and grassroots feedback effectively.
• Prepare and submit detailed field reports regularly.
• Travel extensively across Goa as dictated by project needs.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of all data obtained.
• Work collaboratively with the central research team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in field research, survey operations, political or market research, or similar domains.
• Have at least a graduate-level education.
• Fluency in Marathi is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and English is advantageous.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors.
