About the Role
This position is for a field associate supporting political campaigns through on-ground outreach and research. The work is based in Lucknow and surrounding constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, with a strong focus on active field execution during campaign periods.
What You Will Do
- Conduct door-to-door outreach and engage with voters directly.
- Collect booth-level information and maintain campaign data.
- Support the coordination of rallies, public meetings, and other campaign programs.
- Carry out surveys, interviews, and basic documentation work.
- Gather feedback from the field and share local issues with the core team.
- Help implement political strategies at the grassroots level.
Skills and Tools Needed
- Comfort with smartphones for day-to-day reporting.
- Ability to use WhatsApp for communication and coordination.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for record-keeping.
- Strong spoken communication in Hindi and local dialects such as those used in UP and Bihar.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
Who Should Apply
