Job description
Position Overview
At the Giershagen site, WEPA is looking for holiday workers to support its production teams in a partially or fully continuous shift system.

What You Will Do
- Support employees in different production-related work areas
- Carry out general assistance tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to get involved, adapt quickly, and handle demanding work
- Team-oriented way of working
- Readiness to work shifts
- Strong ability to understand new tasks quickly
- Manual dexterity is an advantage
- Basic technical understanding is helpful

Additional Information
There is almost always an opportunity to gain practical experience. In addition, you will get insights into the work environment and into the jobs needed for successful paper production, including the training occupations offered by the company. For students who already hold a vocational qualification in the skilled technical field, part-time work of up to 20 hours per week is also possible.
