Female Telesales Executive

About the Role

Sovra Technology Pvt. Ltd., based in Kasba, Bosepukur, Kolkata, seeks a motivated Female Telesales Executive to join its expanding team. This role requires effective communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to drive business through both outbound and inbound telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to present the company's products and services.
• Handle inbound customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Generate leads and successfully convert them into sales prospects.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential customers to nurture interest.
• Establish and reinforce strong relationships with customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately within CRM or internal platforms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing call activities and sales progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Only female applicants are eligible.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate.
• Open to freshers; preference given to candidates with between 6 months and 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Bengali is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office proficiency.
• Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
• Positive outlook with a keen willingness to learn and grow professionally.
