Female Telecaller - Exhibition & Event Branding

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Female Telecaller to join our team in the exhibition and event branding sector, based in Delhi. The role involves outbound calling to potential clients, generating leads specifically for exhibition stall designing and branding projects, and supporting the sales team with meeting arrangements and client follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients to promote services.
• Generate new leads related to exhibition stall design and branding ventures.
• Follow up diligently with current and potential clients.
• Arrange meetings between clients and the sales department.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and update call reports regularly.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be female.
• Possess a graduation degree in any discipline.
• Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Show confidence, professionalism, and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling or the exhibition industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate's skills and prior experience. The typical salary range is between INR 13,000 and INR 14,000 per month.
