The position focuses on user and customer research, along with feedback synthesis, to assess AI-produced work and help improve model quality.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated outputs using domain-specific quality standards.
• Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and presentation problems in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Write concise, organized feedback that helps refine AI-generated work.
• Use strong subject expertise to judge accuracy, depth, and overall quality.
• Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

The role calls for at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis. Candidates must be fluent in English at either a native or professional level and be highly comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred Background

An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or higher, from a respected institution is preferred.
