Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Feed Mill Operator to join our close-knit team of six, responsible for the production of poultry feed across our operations. The role involves hands-on work with batching and operating plant equipment, scheduling deliveries, troubleshooting breakdowns, and assisting in repairs and maintenance.

Working Conditions

• Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts
• Rotating day and night shifts starting at 6am and 6pm respectively
• Overtime required as part of operations, compensated at double time
• 24/7 operation requiring flexibility from employees

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid forklift licence and confined space entry licence
• Strong mechanical skills and a practical, hands-on approach
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible mindset with driver's licence and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
