FCC & FTI Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned FCC & FTI Consultant to join a three-year contract project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands regular onsite presence and is highly client-oriented, involving extensive interaction with stakeholders to provide both functional and technical expertise that ensures successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients throughout the project duration.
• Collect, analyze, and convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, support, and optimize FCC & FTI systems in alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.
• Offer functional direction accompanied by technical know-how during deployment and support phases.
• Organize workshops, meetings, and demonstration sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently with appropriate recommendations.
• Create and sustain functional and technical documentation.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively managing communication and stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in FCC & FTI.
• Proven ability to blend business functional knowledge with technical implementation capabilities.
• Strong skills in client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Competency in gathering requirements and translating them into technical outputs.
• Readiness to work regularly onsite at client locations.
• Independent working capability while supporting collaborative teamwork.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation or financial technology projects.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in substantial consulting or client delivery frameworks.
