F&B Service Expert - The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal

Role overview

This position is focused on creating a polished dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The role calls for a guest-focused hospitality professional who can help make each visit memorable through attentive food and beverage service, smooth coordination with the kitchen, and a strong sense of service style.

What you will do

• Set up tables and maintain the dining area to support an excellent guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Interact with guests in a courteous manner and provide food and beverage service.
• Keep work areas and service supplies clean and organized.
• Help make every transaction feel like part of the overall dining experience.
• Carry out additional job-related duties as assigned.

Work expectations

The role requires strong attention to workplace safety, adherence to company policies and procedures, and consistent maintenance of quality standards. Professional appearance, communication, and conduct are essential. The job is physically active and may involve standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, moving across surfaces that may be sloped, uneven, or slippery, reading and verifying menu information, and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance or up to 50 pounds with assistance. The work also involves bending, twisting, stooping, reaching overhead and below the knees, and other manual tasks as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
