Job description
About the Role
This position is part of the Food and Beverage & Culinary team at a luxury hospitality property in Singapore. The role focuses on shaping a guest experience that feels polished, personal, and memorable rather than simply serving meals.
What You’ll Do
You will support dining service by preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, handling guest interactions, and keeping service areas and supplies clean and organized. The role is hands-on and guest-facing, with an emphasis on making each transaction feel seamless and part of the overall experience.
You are expected to work in a safe and professional manner, follow company policies and standards, maintain quality expectations, and present yourself with appropriate uniform, appearance, and communication. The job also involves being on your feet for long periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and checking menu information, and physically handling items up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks may also include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, along with other reasonable duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is acceptable, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed.
Equal Opportunity
The employer states a strong commitment to equal opportunity and non-discrimination. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcomed, and hiring decisions are made without regard to protected characteristics such as disability, veteran status, or other legally protected bases.
About the Employer
The brand blends classic elegance with a modern, forward-looking service style. It is known for refined hospitality, anticipatory service, and its signature butler-inspired approach across a global portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.
