F&B Service Expert (Dry)

Role Overview

This position is part of the food and beverage team at Marriott Executive Apartments in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating a polished and memorable dining experience for guests through attentive service, smooth coordination with the kitchen, and careful upkeep of service areas.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Service Expert helps make dining feel like part of the overall guest experience by supporting table setup, guest interaction, service delivery, and cleanliness throughout the outlet.

• Prepare tables and service areas to meet presentation and operational standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to help ensure timely and accurate service.
• Welcome, engage with, and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Clear and clean dining, work, and supply areas during and after service.
• Handle routine service transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Follow all company procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

The role requires active, hands-on work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The team member must be able to remain on their feet for long periods, move across surfaces that may be sloped, uneven, or slippery, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching. Work may involve handling objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory background or certification is required. This role suits candidates who can deliver consistent service, follow standards carefully, and support a respectful, inclusive workplace.
