F&B Service Expert (Dry)

Role overview

This position is part of the Food & Beverage and Culinary team at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating a memorable dining experience by delivering attentive guest service alongside food and beverage support.

What you will do

The Guest Service Expert is expected to take initiative in making each meal feel special. Core duties include preparing and arranging tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving and engaging with guests, and keeping service areas and supplies clean and organized. The role is about making every interaction feel like part of the overall dining experience.

Success in this role also depends on maintaining a safe work environment, following company procedures, meeting quality expectations, and keeping a polished uniform, appearance, and professional communication style. The job requires being active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving across uneven or slippery surfaces. It also involves handling menu details, reading and confirming information, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping, with objects up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Requirements

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory background is needed, and no license or certification is required.
