About the Role
Marina Bay Sands is looking for an F&B Service Attendant to support operations at Estiatorio Milos in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who enjoys guest interaction, works well in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and takes pride in delivering attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders and serve guests accurately and promptly.
- Deliver warm, courteous, and high-quality service at all times.
- Help teammates prepare the restaurant for service, including arranging the dining area and checking that utensils and amenities are clean, available, and properly stocked.
- Support guests with requests, recommend menu items, and drive additional sales through thoughtful upselling and suggestive selling.
- Respond to reservation inquiries received by phone and email.
- Handle other administrative tasks required for smooth restaurant operations.
Role Requirements
- At least a secondary school education with O-Level passes; a diploma in any discipline will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in guest-facing or customer service roles, ideally within hospitality.
- Food hygiene and safety certification is required.
- Must be prepared to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Should maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
