Role overview
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will handle the sale of prepared food items at the counter, keep counter service running smoothly, and make sure orders are prepared and served within the expected time. The role focuses on delivering a strong customer experience, maintaining service standards, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the food and beverage counter.
What you will do
- Sell food items displayed at the counter and support smooth counter operations.
- Welcome walk-in guests and provide attentive service backed by good product knowledge.
- Follow the company’s service procedures and standards while assisting customers.
- Receive orders from waiters and organize them according to service expectations.
- Ensure orders are arranged correctly and handed over within the required serving time.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a cashiering or cash-handling environment. Strong spoken and written English is required.
