About the Role

Marina Bay Sands is looking for an F&B Captain to join the Service Bars on the Gaming Floor. This position is suited to someone who enjoys delivering high-quality guest service, leading by example, and supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables or assigned seating.
  • Help the team prepare service areas, arrange tables, and manage equipment correctly.
  • Maintain a consistently courteous, attentive, and helpful approach with every guest.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, pass on messages accurately, and manage reservation-related queries.
  • Direct guests to seating in an organized way and help balance guest distribution across stations.
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns in a polite and effective manner.
  • Carry out cashiering tasks whenever required.
  • Oversee service staff to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Support the Assistant Manager and the department in meeting operational targets and key performance objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and completion of leadership training are preferred.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including mornings and afternoons, and to work on public holidays.
