Role Overview
The Fast Food Team Member position at Tavency in Nashik is a full-time, on-site role dedicated to providing courteous and efficient service to guests. Responsibilities center on taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks following predefined recipes and quality standards, and keeping the service area clean and well-organized.
Team members are expected to adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols, manage cash and digital transactions accurately, and assist with opening and closing duties. This role also requires replenishing supplies, collaborating with colleagues for smooth operations, and representing Tavency professionally and courteously to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers promptly by taking and processing orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service and kitchen areas.
- Handle cash and digital payment methods correctly using POS systems.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
- Restock supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Work cooperatively with team members to facilitate efficient service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and safety regulations strictly.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental skills in food service, including beverage and food handling.
- Proficient in basic food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards customers.
- Basic numeracy and ability to manage cash and operate POS and digital payment systems.
- Physical capability to stand for extended durations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in fast food or quick service outlets is beneficial but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
