Availability

The role requires open availability, including weekends. You’ll need to be flexible across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service periods.

Key duties

• Start and finish restaurant operations while maintaining a strong standard of presentation and readiness.
• Lead, guide, and assist team members, including junior staff.
• Support staff training and development to help the team deliver strong results.
• Track store performance and work toward KPI targets.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with food preparation, including use of the deep fryer and grill.
• Carry out cash handling and operate the register.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and uphold food safety requirements.
