Role overview
Ali Baba Pizza is hiring a fast food restaurant manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its Victoria, British Columbia location. This is a full-time, in-person role based at the physical workplace; remote work is not available.

Education and experience
A secondary school graduation certificate is required, along with 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Main duties
- Decide which services will be offered and put operating processes in place.
- Reconcile cash, prepare balance sheets, complete cash reports, and finish related documentation.
- Carry out employee performance evaluations.
- Determine the cost of products and services.
- Oversee inventory organization and upkeep.
- Make sure health and safety rules are observed.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate food and supply arrangements.
- Contribute to marketing planning and execution.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Deliver customer service support.
- Plan, coordinate, lead, control, and assess daily business operations.
