Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Fashion Stylist based in Jaipur to connect directly with customers, understand their style needs, and design complete apparel and accessory combinations consistent with StyLink's styling principles. Daily tasks include curating coordinated outfits, offering customized wardrobe guidance, working closely with the team to enhance styling frameworks aligned with AI recommendations, and providing attentive service in-person. The stylist will also assist in sales efforts, manage the visual appeal of the styling environment, and relay user feedback to enhance the product experience.

Candidate Qualities and Qualifications

• Proficient in fashion styling techniques such as cohesive outfit assembly, wardrobe management, and staying abreast of fashion trends.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service aptitude to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
• Experienced in wardrobe sales skills, including upselling and achieving style-focused sales objectives.
• Background in retail fashion, personal styling, or image consultancy is advantageous.
• Commitment to on-site work in Jaipur, with a collaborative team spirit and flexibility in a dynamic startup setting.
• Comfortable engaging with digital platforms and receptive to using AI-assisted styling tools.
• Formal education in fashion, design, merchandising, or similar is desirable, though significant experience or portfolio can substitute.
