Key Responsibilities

  • Organize the studio's schedule as well as the calendar of the creative director.
  • Serve as the contact point for brand partners regarding activations in sync with marketing plans, including handling requests for samples, imagery, and gifts.
  • Ensure the studio workflow remains structured, efficient, and compliant with established best practices.
  • Oversee the launch process for new seasonal collections on the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate and prompt updates.
  • Monitor product inventory levels in coordination with production to prevent stock shortages and replenish as needed.
  • Verify that all product web pages contain correct images, pricing information, categorizations, and descriptions.
  • Use sales analysis and market trends to guide seasonal web purchasing decisions such as order placements and size distributions.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team on customer service issues, operational challenges, and return processing related to e-commerce.
  • Plan and manage photoshoots for e-commerce and social media campaigns, including tasks like casting, shot list creation, asset management, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage or lead within a creative studio environment, especially in luxury fashion contexts.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across marketing, website and fulfillment operations, and customer service.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with effective organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-moving setting, exercising initiative to meet objectives and deadlines consistently.
  • Proven leadership skills, including motivating and supervising team members and interns.
