Position Overview
The Fashion Studio and E-commerce Coordinator will manage the everyday operations of both the physical studio and the online e-commerce platform, working onsite at the New York City studio. This position supports seamless workflow execution, encourages a creative team atmosphere, and ensures alignment with the company’s strategic calendar and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination with the public relations agency, brand collaborators, and internal departments to optimize project workflows.
- Maintain project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery of initiatives.
- Organize the studio's schedule as well as the calendar of the creative director.
- Serve as the contact point for brand partners regarding activations in sync with marketing plans, including handling requests for samples, imagery, and gifts.
- Ensure the studio workflow remains structured, efficient, and compliant with established best practices.
- Oversee the launch process for new seasonal collections on the e-commerce website, ensuring accurate and prompt updates.
- Monitor product inventory levels in coordination with production to prevent stock shortages and replenish as needed.
- Verify that all product web pages contain correct images, pricing information, categorizations, and descriptions.
- Use sales analysis and market trends to guide seasonal web purchasing decisions such as order placements and size distributions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on customer service issues, operational challenges, and return processing related to e-commerce.
- Plan and manage photoshoots for e-commerce and social media campaigns, including tasks like casting, shot list creation, asset management, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the fast-paced luxury or fashion industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or lead within a creative studio environment, especially in luxury fashion contexts.
- Experience collaborating with teams across marketing, website and fulfillment operations, and customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with effective organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-moving setting, exercising initiative to meet objectives and deadlines consistently.
- Proven leadership skills, including motivating and supervising team members and interns.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
