About the Role

Westbury Kommerce invites passionate individuals to join as Fashion Consultants at their Visakhapatnam location, specifically at Inorbit Mall. This position offers a chance to deliver outstanding shopping experiences for a leading denim lifestyle brand by engaging with customers and guiding them through fashion choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized shopping service tailored to individual style preferences.
• Identify customer tastes and recommend suitable denim products and accessories.
• Meet personal and store sales objectives through proficient selling methods.
• Develop lasting relationships with customers to promote ongoing patronage.
• Keep abreast of new stock arrivals, special offers, and the latest fashion trends.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to present merchandise attractively.
• Support stock management including replenishment and inventory verification.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including billing, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure the store remains clean and merchandise is organized appropriately.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and store regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade or an equivalent academic qualification is preferred.
• Experience ranging from no prior work to up to 3 years in retail sales, customer service, or fashion retail roles.
• A genuine enthusiasm for fashion and strong commitment to customer care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A positive approach coupled with strong abilities in sales and relationship management.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
