Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Associate who is enthusiastic about delivering superior customer experiences, supporting store operations, and maintaining an inviting sales environment. This role involves assisting customers with styling and fit, handling sales transactions, and keeping the store visually appealing and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional shopping experiences that build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases to ensure customers feel valued.
• Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment through personalized service and helpful product knowledge.
• Drive add-on sales by leveraging awareness of products and ongoing promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attractive merchandising throughout the sales floor.
• Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth, consistent store functioning.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
• Customer-centric approach with a friendly and engaging communication style.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a positive, detail-oriented attitude.
• Passion for fashion, including an understanding of style and current trends.
• Familiarity with POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and safely use a step ladder up to 3 m (10 feet).

Additional Information

Compensation: Starting at $0.40 above minimum wage, adjusted based on experience.
