Fashion and Operations Assistant

About the role

This position is for a motivated, hands-on fashion studio and operations assistant who enjoys working across multiple parts of a brand. The role suits someone who is detail-focused, adaptable, and enthusiastic about fashion, with a strong interest in helping a studio, production flow, retail area, and customer experience operate smoothly.

You will be involved in a wide range of daily tasks, so this role is best suited to someone who is comfortable switching between creative, operational, and client-facing work while supporting the team wherever needed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate everyday workshop and production activities.
• Monitor production schedules and stay in touch with suppliers and artisans so work is completed on time.
• Support client consultations and fittings to help create a smooth experience.
• Greet and assist visitors who come into the studio or shop.
• Help with pop-ups, exhibitions, trunk shows, and other brand-led events or activations.
• Keep stock, inventory, and product arrangements updated and well organized.
• Prepare and wrap customer orders when required.
• Maintain a tidy, well-presented studio and retail environment.
• Contribute to content creation, behind-the-scenes shoots, and social media activities when needed.
• Carry out general admin and operational support tasks.
• Act as dependable all-round support across the business as priorities change.
