Key Responsibilities

• Establish trust and credibility through direct, face-to-face interactions with local farmers.
• Drive business development by converting prospective leads into enduring client partnerships.

Candidate Profile

• Reside locally within Tamworth or nearby regions (up to one-hour commute).
• Strong connection or experience in the agriculture sector, whether through professional exposure or personal interest.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with skills in new business identification, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Committed to long-term career growth with a stable work history and desire to establish roots in the community.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive total package up to $127,000 annually, depending on experience, including variable remuneration.
