Job Description

This is a full-time, year-round farm hand role requiring at least five years of experience in farming, specifically grain production. The position demands proficiency in operating modern large-scale farm machinery, a solid mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with welding. Candidates must hold a class 1A driver's license, be comfortable working with basic electronic devices and GPS technology, and demonstrate meticulous work ethic and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage various facets of grain production throughout the seasons.
• Operate and maintain large modern agricultural equipment efficiently.
• Conduct welding and mechanical repairs as necessary.
• Utilize GPS and electronic tools for precision farming.

Additional Seasonal Role

We are also looking for a seasonal worker to assist during the upcoming harvest. Preference will be given to those with harvest operations experience and those holding a class 1A license.
